CEO Jared Greer brings five years experience in health care where he manages a multimillion dollar territory for a major pharmaceutical company.  Additionally, Jared is Founder and President of Greer Property Solutions, where he maintains a multimillion dollar portfolio of residential rental properties.  Jared received his BS in Industrial Engineering with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2002 and his MBA in 2009 from the University of Arkansas.


Bessie Williams, Chief Financial Officer

CFO Bessie Williams has four years of procurement experience and currently manages a $150 million annual spend as a Senior Buyer for Alcoa.  Bessie received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 2005 from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.  Additionally, Bessie received her MBA in 2009 from the University of Arkansas.


Dr. Suzanne Klimberg, Co-Inventor and Medical Advisor

Dr. Suzanne Klimberg, is a world renowned breast surgical oncologist who discovered breast cancer protein patterns in tears.  Dr. Klimberg is the Director of the Breast Cancer Program at the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute and the Muriel Balsam Kohn Chair in Breast Surgical Oncology, UAMS.  Additionally, Dr. Klimberg is a professor of Surgery and Pathology for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.


Dr. Larry Suva, Co-Inventor and Medical Advisor

Dr. Larry Suva is a co-inventor of the tear technology.  Dr. Suva is the Director of the Center for Orthopaedic Research at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  Dr. Suva received his doctoral degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, Medicine.  Additionally, Dr. Suva is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Physiology for UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Dr. Michael Douglas, Chief Regulatory Advisor

Chief Regulator Advisor, Dr. Michael Douglas, is the former CEO and Chairman of Sigma Diagnostics and is currently the Director of UAMS Bioventures.  Additionally Dr. Douglas is a professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Mike received his Ph.D. at Saint Louis University in 1983.
